Produced in Piedmont, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its 32% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Ansonaco 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from 15 years-old vines to low sapling on sandy and rich stone soils, rooted on the terraces overlooking the sea. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel tanks of 5/10 hl with maceration on the sklns for 2 weeks at cellar temperature with continuous decanting without addition of exogenous substances. The wine is aged some months in steel without filtrations. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
The region's continental climate and varied soils create ideal conditions for both indigenous and international grape varieties.
