This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. At 14.5% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Gewürztraminer 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 600-700 meters above sea level on gravelly and sandy soils, South/South-West facing. Yield per hectare to 50 hectoliters. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged 6 months in steel vats. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
