Crafted from Gewürztraminer 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on dolomitic soils rich in clay and limestone at around 260-380 meters of altitude. Vinification: fermentation in steel at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 6 months on the less. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
