A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 14.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Gewürztraminer 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards selection of the best grapes obtained from vineyards located at 400 meters above sea level. Vinification: maceration on the skins for 6 hours. Soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged on the lees in steel vats for some months. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
