A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Gewürztraminer 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in calcareous sandy soils. Vinification: maceration for 6 hours, soft pressing, cold settling of the must and fermentation in steel tanks at the contolled temperature of 18°C. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
