A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 15% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Gewürztraminer 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards a Cornaiano at an altitude of 450-500 m. above sea level, with vineyards 10/15 years of age and gravelly soil, clay and rich in minerals. Vinification: manual harvesting of the grapes, then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. The wine is aged 8 months of aging on the lees in stainless steel tanks without malolactic fermentation. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
