This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. With 15% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Gewürztraminer 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located on clayey and friable, highly calcareous soils in the municipality of Cortaccia. Vinification: pressing, destemming, cold maceration and alcoholic fermentation of the must. The wine is aged 6 months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
