This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Gewürztraminer 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 20 years old vines on silty and clayey soils at 250 metres above sea level. Vinification: fermentation in temperature-controlled steel vats. The wine is aged some months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
