A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 15% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Gewürztraminer 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on steep and porphyritic terrain in Renon (Bolzano) at 650 meters above sea level. Vinification: brief contact with the skins, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
