A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 15% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Gewürztraminer 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from the Serra dell'Olio farm, the Lame farm and Nicolino farm near the Tuscan coast. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in barrique, tonneau and cement tanks for 2-3 months. The wine is aged 8 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
