Crafted from Gewürztraminer 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards pirchschrait vineyard in the Kolbenhof farm on clay, gravel and limestone terrains. Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes and brief contact with the skins, fermentation at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 120 months on fine lees in large oak barrels.
