This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. At 14.5% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Gewürztraminer 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on the warm and airy south-eastern slopes of Bressanone at 550-650 meters above sea level on skeletal and shallow soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged some months in stainless steel and large acacia barrels. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
