This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. Its 14.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Gewürztraminer 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on sandy and gravelly soil mix of clay at 450-550 metres of altitude. Very low yeld 45 hl/hectars. Vinification: short contact with the skins at low temperature and fermentation in steel at controlled temperature. The wine is aged till 12 months on the yeasts in steel. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
