Crafted from Gewürztraminer 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards site at 260-470 meters above sea level on limestone and clayey soils, South/South-West facing. Yield per hectare to 70 hectoliters. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged 4 months on the lees in concrete. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
