This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. With 11.5% alcohol, it delivers elegance and finesse. Crafted from Gewürztraminer 90%, Riesling 5%, Sauvignon 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards manual harvesting in December after a long withering on the vine. Vinification: fermentation in stainless steel and in small oak barrels. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
