This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. Its 15% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Gewürztraminer 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated at 600-650 metres above sea level on soils consisting of ancient moraine deposits of glacial origin. Vinification: soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The wine is aged a few months in steel tanks. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
