This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. At 15% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Gewürztraminer 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards pergola-trained vines on hilly, clay and sandy soil at 500 metres above sea level with southern exposure. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel. The wine is aged 6 months at least on fine lees in steel. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
