Crafted from Gewürztraminer 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards a Neustift, at an altitude of 650 m. above sea level. Vinification: pre-fermentation maceration and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel. The wine is aged 6 months on the lees. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
