This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. At 15% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Gewürztraminer 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on Niclara and Cortaccia, between 260 and 400 meters above sea level, on a chalk gravel soil. Vinification: 6-8 hours of maceration on the skins. The wine is aged for 6 months on the lees in stainless steel. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
