Crafted from Gewürztraminer 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards site at 350 meters above sea level on clayey soil. Yield per hectare to 60 hectoliters. Vinification: cold maceration for few hours, soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged in steel vats on the lees for few months. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
