Crafted from Barbera 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Barbaresco, Bricco del Cuculo (270 m. slm), on limestone and clay soil with exposition to East, South and West. Vinification: grapes are harvested by hand and maceration for 15 days in stainless steel tanks. Only indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 14 months in oak casks, 8 months steel containers and 4 months in bottle. A wine showing the lively, versatile spirit of Emilia Romagna wines.
