Crafted from Aligoté 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines with middle age 50 years old in a clayey calcareous soil. Biodynamic farming. Vinification: soft pressing, cold settling, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete vats and malolactic fermentation in wooden barrels. The wine is aged 12 months in concrete vats for the 80% and in small oak barrels for the 20%. A wine reflecting Calabria's ancient Greek winemaking heritage.
