Gin 'Marconi 42 Mediterraneo' Jacopo Poli

Hailing from Veneto, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. At 42% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Pinot Grigio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 150 metres above sea level on soils rich in marls locally called 'ponca'. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in casks with indigenous yeasts with skins maceration without controlled temperature. Unfiltered and bottled in waning moon. The wine is aged 23 months in Slavonian oak barrels of 20 hl. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
