Produced in Piedmont, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its 41% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Teroldego 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 70 years old vines in Noval, Regin and Pedot on alluvial soils. Biodynamic Farming. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation in open oak barrels and 20-30 days of skins maceration. The wine is aged 15 months in acacia barrels of 20-40 hl and 3 months in concrete tanks. A wine combining Piedmont's trademark power with finesse and complexity.
