Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Vinification: cryomaceration at 4°C for 36 hours and fermentation in steel for 30-40 days at controlled temperature. The wine is aged some months in steel. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
