Grappa '903 Tipica' Bonaventura Maschio

Produced in Veneto, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 45% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Sangiovese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from the Collina di Sant'Angelo, overlooking the Orcia river, at about 250 meters above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature with maceration on the skins for 10-12 days. The wine is aged 10-12 months in large Slavonian oak barrels. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
