Crafted from Sangiovese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from the Collina di Sant'Angelo, overlooking the Orcia river, at about 250 meters above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature with maceration on the skins for 10-12 days. The wine is aged 10-12 months in large Slavonian oak barrels.
