Produced in Trentino, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its 43% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Sangiovese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines cultivated according to the Guyot system in a soil rich in clay and marl. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks. The wine is aged 10 months in 300 litres terracotta jars from Tuscany. A wine showing the freshness typical of Trentino's mountain vineyards.
