Crafted from Trebbiano d'Abruzzo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from Capestrano near Gran Sasso, at 450 metres of altitude. Vinification: cryomaceration at 4°C for 18-24 hours and alcoholic fermentation in barrique. No malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged 12 months in barique and 6 months in bottle. A wine showing the freshness typical of Trentino's mountain vineyards.
