The fruit is sourced from vineyards old sapling vines that are 80 years old In the Nothern-East slope of Etna, in Contrada Moganazzi in Pasopisciaro, rooted in volcanic soil at 650 m above sea level. Vinification: fermentation on the skins in steel tanks. The wine is aged 13 years in small acacia and oak barrels. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
