Hailing from Trentino, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. At 42% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Chardonnay 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards old vines from a vineyard called La Murtet, on the Massif de Saint Thierry, in a sandy and calcareous soil. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenou syeasts in oak barrels, malolactic fermentation and second fermentation in bottle with disgorging according to the Champenoise Method. The wine is aged 18 months in barrels of different woods and further months in whisky barrels. A wine reflecting Trentino's alpine terroir and cool-climate precision.
