Crafted from Merlot 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards training with unilateral Guyot, high density, soils rich in marl of Eocene origin. Vinification: ripen grapes left to dry for 8 weeks. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. after a month of maceration, transfer to barrique. The wine is aged in barrique for at least 18 months. A wine true to Trentino's tradition of elegant, food-friendly wines.
