Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at Novello, south.ovet facing, in limestone and clayey soils. Vinification: alcholic fermentation in steel tanks fot 4/5 weeks, maceration with submerged cap, malolactic is done in oak casks without decanting. The wine is aged almost 18 months in cherry barrique. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
