Hailing from Trentino, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. Its 42% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Grechetto 75%, Trebbiano 25%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultuvated according to the guyot system at 500 m above sea level. Organic farming. Vinification: cold maceration,alcoholic fermentation in steel vats and second spontaneous fermentation in bottle without addition of lees or other additives. Without filtrations and with minimun added sulphites. The wine is aged until 5 years in barriques according to the Solera methods. A wine showing the freshness typical of Trentino's mountain vineyards.
