Crafted from Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards located in the Valpolicella Classica, in the municipalities of Marano, San Pietro and Negrar at an altitude of 150/350 meters on clayey, tufaceous and calcareous soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and review with second fermentation on the marcs of Amarone and Recioto for 7 days. The wine is aged 12 months in oak and cherry barrels.
