The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards located in the Valpolicella Classica, in the municipalities of Marano, San Pietro and Negrar at an altitude of 150/350 meters on clayey, tufaceous and calcareous soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and review with second fermentation on the marcs of Amarone and Recioto for 7 days. The wine is aged 12 months in oak and cherry barrels.
