Hailing from Umbria, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Grechetto 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines rooted in the hills of Todi and cultivated with Guyot system. Organic agricolture. Vinification: soft pressing, natural must decantation and spontaneous fermentation in steel with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 12 months in large wood barrels of 50 hl. A wine reflecting Umbria's hillside terroir at the heart of Italy.
