Grillo 'Bianco Maggiore' Rallo

A fine example of Sicily winemaking, this Sicilia DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Grillo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards sapling vines in the Riserva dello Stagnone, near Marsala, faced to south. Vinification: soft pressing and fermentation in steel tanks for 8 days. The wine is aged at least 6 months in steel tanks. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
