A fine example of Sicily winemaking, this Sicilia DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Grillo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards calcareous soils on a hill cultivated at 260 metres of altitude. Vinification: hand harvesting, light pressing and de-stemming at 8°-10°C. Decantation through the natural sedimentation at cold temperature. The wine is aged 4 months in stainless steel tanks in temperautre-controlled and 3 months in bottle. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
Sicily, the Mediterranean's largest island, pairs ancient viticultural heritage with a dynamic modern wine renaissance.
