Grillo Mandrarossa

This Sicilia DOC captures the distinctive personality of Sicily terroir. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Grillo 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located at 80-200 meters above sea level on sandy soils. East/South-East facing. Vinification: criomaceration and than alcoholic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged in steel vats for 3 months. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
