Crafted from Grillo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats at a controlled temperature of 14-16°C. The wine is aged 2 months in steel vats, 3 months in bottle. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
