Crafted from Grüner Veltliner 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located in Novacella, 600 meters above sea level, on moraine, sandy and clayey soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature. The wine is aged until 6 months in big oak barrels for the 60% and in steel vats for the 40%. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
