Crafted from Nebbiolo 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a clayey, sandy and calcareous soil. Organic farming. Vinification: destemming, alcoholic fermentation on the skins with indigenous yeasts for 30 days in steel tanks. Without filtrations. The wine is aged 14 months in big oak barrels.
