The fruit is sourced from vineyards serra dei fiori vineyard in Trezzo Tinella at 400 metres above sea level with south exposure. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats controlled temperature between 10°-15°. The wine is aged 4 months in steel vats and 3 months in bottle.
