Hailing from Alto Adige, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot (% different every year), this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards between 250 and 500 metres above sea level on sandy soils with south, south-west esposition. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in open vats frequently plunged and malolactic in barrique. The wine is aged 18 months in barrique and 1 year in bottle. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
High-altitude vineyards and a cool alpine climate give Alto Adige wines exceptional freshness and purity.
