The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines cultivated with Guyot method from 100 metres of altitude on "ponka" fields. Organic farming. Vinification: fermentation of some days on the skins with indigenous yeasts, without filtrations and other treatments. The wine is aged 1 year in wood and 4 years in bottle.
