Cabernet Sauvignon Tenuta Sant'Helena - Fantinel

Hailing from Friuli Venezia Giulia, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on soils rich in sandstone marls of ecocene origin. Vinification: partial drying of the grapes (20%) for about 8 weeks, fermentation at controlled temperature with maceration on the skins for about 25 days. The wine is aged 18 months in 30-60 hl oak oak barrels. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
