Riesling 'Collezione di Famiglia' Roeno

Produced in Veneto, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 12% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from Riesling Renano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. Vinification: soft pressing, shortly cold maceration and alcoholic fermentation in steel vats for 25 days. The wine is aged 18 months in big oak barrels and at least 36 months in bottle. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
