'K Rosé' Cantina di Caldaro Kaltern

Hailing from Alto Adige, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon 30%, Merlot 30%, Pinot Noir 20%, Lagrein 20% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It shows a delicate pale hue with fresh red-berry aromas and a crisp finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from vines that do not exceed 50 years of age rooted on warm soils rich in limestone and organic matter. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel with partial malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged some months in steel. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
