Kerner 'Aristos' Cantina Valle Isarco

This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Kerner 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 750-980 metres above sea level on alluvial soils rich in grit and quartz. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats with controlled temperature. The wine is aged 7 mnths on the lees in steel vats. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
