This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. Its 14.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Kerner 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 10-30 years vines 700 m above sea level, with sandy-clayey porphyry weathered soil. Vinification: slow fermenration, 50% spontaneous in oak barrels. The wine is aged 5 months in steel tanks on the fine lees. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
