This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Kerner 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located in Muttergarten, Lavardi and Trifall between 460 and 510 meters above sea level on stony soils rich in calcareous pebbles. Vinification: cold maceration and low temperature alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel and oak barrels. The wine is aged 5 months in stainless steel containers. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
